Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
As part of our COVID-19 response, we will temporarily not allow returns on any items.
Temporarily suspending product returns – in order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk, we will not be accepting returns of any merchandise until further notice. This policy is consistent across all platforms. Once a product has left our facility, we cannot accept it back and give a refund.
Thank you for shopping at PeculiarRoots.com. Once an order has shipped, we accept returns or exchanges in 7 business days for unopened and unused products.
Purchases Made Through Retailers
Please contact the store you purchased from for a return or exchange. We are unable to provide a return or exchange for a purchase made through any retailer.
Canceling An Order
You may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been packed or prepared for shipping.
Damaged or Defective Products
Damaged or defective products may be returned to PeculiarRoots.com after contacting admin@PeculiarRoots.com.
Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product.
Shipping Lead Time
All orders have at least 1-2 business day lead time (order processing) upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has shipped.
Orders placed during a holiday or promotion will have an approximate lead time (order processing) of at least 3-4 business days upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has shipped.
When completing an order, the customer must provide a safe and accurate address for delivery.
Once an order has shipped, PeculiarRoots.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order.
Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery.
Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.
Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pick up at the holding facility.

Please note shipping fees are non-refundable once orders are processed and shipped. Shipping options chosen are also not guaranteed due to unforeseen delays that may occur outside of the shipping carriers control. Please also allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated from carrier once picked up.
Business days for shipping does not include weekends.
