The lavender and sage refresher spray was in the Holiday Box. I love lavender for its relaxing and calming qualities. I like sage, but it does not seem to go that well with the lavender. It is a combination that I will have to get used to as I do enjoy refreshing my locs regardless. This would be a less favorable choice out of all of the refresher sprays. It is still a great product and I will use it all.

I purchased the Pineapple refresher spray first and it smells wonderful. I love it. My locs are more moisturized this winter. I purchased the Caribbean Vibez refresher spray second. I do not like the smell of it as much as I like the Pineapple, but it does help to keep my locs moisturized.

I've always suffered from dry scalp year-round and have been actively looking for a moisturizer to use on my locs in those 'in between weeks/months' when my hair started to lose its shine after a wash/retwist. Previously, I'd oil my scalp once a week or use a water/organic oil spritz to spray them, but there was still noticeable dryness after a few days. The refresher spray from Peculiar Roots not only addressed the dullness of my locs but the scent (Cucumber Melon) lasts for days! Maybe it's just me, but I've noticed less dryness and itchiness as well. I only use it once a week (sometimes two) and I can honestly say there isn't any product build-up left behind which has always been my main concern. It's almost as if my hair did a complete 180 by embracing this product. I am more than thrilled. This is a MUST have if you've suffered from the issues I've listed above. I'll absolutely be ordering more in the future.

I am feeling tropical. I have just tried the Carribean Vibez refresher spray! Love it! I smell coconut! I also smell what maybe mango or pineapple. It smells so tasty! I have to be careful to not spray too much! It is addictive as always. I have another favorite!

I am a year and 2 months loc'd and have used the refresher sprays for a few months now. But baby, I am so glad that I chose the Pomegranate Pear refresher spray. The smell is amazing..it definitely woke up my smell senses! Also, my hair loves it too as it provides great moisture to my locs. I will continue to purchase the Pomegranate Pear during the fall and winter season unless Peculiar Roots develop another fragrance that is just as amazing.

Although I do not have locs, I used this spray to keep my two strand twists moisturized. It was awesome! My hair and scalp loved the daily dose of moisture and the fragrance was divine, therapeutic even. I next used it to wet my hair for a wash and go and it worked wonders with the gel I layered it under. I even used it a few days later to refresh that style and it seemed to tame the frizz and help to keep my curls defined. I definitely recommend giving this product a try. I have already bought 3 more bottles! Love it!

Honestly I can not get past the smell it smells like straight up like a bottle of perfume. I can’t do to many smells so this is disappointing as a hair product I honestly just want it to what it should and have natural ingredients/smells. Hydration wise its okay but I can hardly use it.
